EVOROZEN APEX: OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE RULEBOOK & COMPLIANCE DIRECTIVE

By registering, participating, or submitting any codebase to the Evorozen Apex Buildathon, all individual developers and teams agree to abide by the following terms, technical guidelines, and distribution agreements.

SECTION 1: TIMELINE & MILESTONE COMPLIANCE Time is the ultimate metric of a founder. We operate on strict deadlines.

  • 1.1 Inception Phase (July 17, 2026): All architectural planning, repository initialization, and active coding must commence on or after this date. Any repository showing commits prior to this date will not be accepted.

  • 1.2 Submission Window (September 15 - September 20, 2026): The portal is now open for final project delivery. You must submit your live application URL (or GitHub repo) and video demonstration within this window.

  • 1.3 The Hard Cutoff: The deadline is September 20, 2026, at 11:45 PM (PDT). Late submissions will not be reviewed.

SECTION 2: THE CORE ENGINE ARCHITECTURE We are looking for next-generation intelligence.

  • 2.1 Open AI Integration & The Neural Pulse Bonus: Your product must be AI-driven. You have the complete freedom to utilize ANY advanced AI API, LLM, or Agent to power your core engine. Bonus: Teams that successfully integrate the Evorozen Neural Pulse API as their primary logic and data-processing layer will receive massive multiplier bonus points during final judging.

  • 2.2 Allowed Tech Stacks: We highly encourage modern, clean front-end architectures (e.g., Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS) that mirror a premium, minimalist design aesthetic. You may use external providers (like Supabase, Firebase, or DevSwarm) to accelerate your build process.

  • 2.3 Efficiency Metric: Judges will inspect your architecture. Projects that use their chosen AI layer efficiently to solve complex, real-world problems will score higher than those using it for basic, shallow queries.

SECTION 3: THE APEX DISTRIBUTION & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT We are here to scale real businesses, and that requires a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

  • 3.1 Ecosystem Licensing: By submitting your product, you retain 100% ownership of your codebase and intellectual property. You simply grant Evorozen Inc. the right to feature, showcase, and index your application on the official Evorozen platform and marketing materials.

  • 3.2 The Scaling Partnership (Top 5 Directive): We do not restrict our winners; we scale them. The Top 5 winning startups will enter a strategic distribution partnership. Evorozen will officially link and route our web traffic directly to your application to drive mutual growth.

SECTION 4: GO-TO-MARKET & THE "PROOF OF WORK" PROTOCOL A great product needs a strategy to reach users.

  • 4.1 Traction & Business Viability: You must present a solid Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in your final video pitch explaining how you plan to acquire users. Bonus: If your application is deployed live and you can present verifiable analytics showing real, active users during the sprint, your submission will score significantly higher.

  • 4.2 The Marketing Protocol (Optional but Encouraged): Building in public is a founder's superpower. While not strictly mandatory to qualify, we highly encourage you to document your build journey. Sharing your progress on platforms like X/Twitter or LinkedIn and tagging Evorozen will be noted very favorably by the judges.

SECTION 5: PRIZE DISBURSEMENT & FAIR USAGE Our prize pool is designed strictly for builders who are ready to scale.

  • 5.1 Tier 1 (Top 3 Winners): You will receive 6 Months of Unlimited Access to the Evorozen Neural Pulse API (A verified value exceeding $500+ USD in standard API credits per team). This removes standard rate limits, giving you full enterprise-grade capacity.

  • 5.2 Tier 2 (Top 5 Winners): Induction into the exclusive Evorozen Hall of Fame, securing your spot as a recognized ecosystem partner, triggering the immediate rollout of our web-traffic routing partnership.

  • 5.3 Partner Perks (DevSwarm): All participants are eligible for 1 Month of DevSwarm Pro. Winning teams will additionally receive a 1-Year DevSwarm Pro license per confirmed team member.

  • 5.4 Revocation Clause: Evorozen reserves the right to revoke API access or sponsorships if a winning product violates our terms of service or engages in malicious activities.
